The new version of Whispering Ledger is available now, and you should be able to find the download links below. I've also added an Android file.  The new release contains the following:

I'd highly, highly, highly recommend starting the prologue from scratch, as there's a new intro scene and a bunch of other flavor enhancers. I don't know if anything will necessarily break if you don't start a new save, but Justin Case. You shouldn't need any new saves going forward.

This note is very technically dense, in that it introduces five unique systems. Six, if you count your own store. That being the case, the story content is admittedly light.  I wanted to get this update out early to get feedback on things like balance, such as, "are you broke all the time?", because future story and faction content will ask for various amounts of gold from you throughout, and taxes will probably come in around v0.4.
